Mbale HC Welcomes New Judicial Officers, Bids Farewell to Those Transferred
On Wednesday August 3,2022, more than 200 stakeholders under Mbale High Court Circuit gathered at Mt Elgon Hotel for a do to formally see off transferred Judicial Officers and to also welcome the new ones.
The colorful ceremony was presided over by the Head of the circuit, Hon. Justice Godfrey Namundi.
The Judge, as well as other speakers, thanked HW Ereemye for his distinguished service as Deputy Registrar of the Circuit. He also implored the other judicial officers to emulate HW Ereemye by dispensing justice with utmost diligence and fairness. The Judge wished him well in his new docket at the Registry of Magistrates Affairs and Data Management.
HW Ereemye thanked all the stakeholders for the cooperation accorded to him during his tour of duty as Chief Magistrate and Deputy Registrar in the Circuit.
He also welcomed the new Assistant Registrar, HW Moses Kagoda Ntende and wished him the best at the Court.
Present at the do included Chief Magistrates; HW Awidi Susan, HW Kuluo Catherine, HW Muhang iGibson, HW Paul Owino, HW Ajuna Doreen and HW Okoth Aquinas. Magistrates Grade I; HW Mutala Peter, HW Opit Christopher, HW Annitah Tusimire, HW MutabaziJulius, HW Akoko Sinclair, HW Farida Ikyimaana, HW Hope Mudega, HW Winnie Afoyorwoth, HW Atunga Marion, HW Muwonge William, HW Matanda Hassan, HW Katugume Fred, HW Atyang Ceasor and HW Andrew Katurubuki were in attendance.
